Mind-Spring is a preventive health program for refugees to support them in their new living environment, which is often burdensome and affects their social lives. The aim of the project is to gain a better understanding of their situation and the associated stress factors through psycho-education. At the same time, people’s resources are strengthened by this knowledge transfer and the accompanying empowerment. The programme is carried out by specially trained refugees supported by professionals.
Supported by the Foundation for Health Prevention Baden-Württemberg with funds from the statutory health insurance Baden-Württemberg in accordance with § 20a SGB V.
